Beyond the Résumé
My career has never followed a traditional path. I've worked in journalism, sports media, talent representation, entrepreneurship, higher education, clinical psychology, and media—building companies, advising professionals, mentoring students, counseling clients, and leading multidisciplinary teams along the way. At first glance, those experiences appear unrelated. Looking back, I realize they've all been asking the same question:
What helps people realize their potential?
Whether I was representing professional athletes, supporting couples in therapy, launching businesses, teaching university students, or building media companies, I found myself studying the same thing: 1. How people grow. 2. How they build trust. 3. How they communicate. 4. How they lead. 5. How they make decisions. 6. How they navigate uncertainty. 7. How they create meaningful work. Executive HQ is the culmination of that lifelong question.
I didn't build this firm because I wanted to teach careers. I built it because I believe exceptional professionals are intentionally developed—not accidentally discovered.
My Perspective
Professional development isn't about climbing ladders. It's about becoming the kind of person capable of leading increasingly complex conversations, relationships, organizations, and decisions. Titles change. Industries evolve. Technology advances. The professionals who continue growing are those who intentionally develop judgment, adaptability, communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
Those are the capabilities I care most about helping clients build. Because careers are ultimately built by people—not résumés.
Why Clients Choose To Work With Me
Clients typically seek me out during periods of meaningful growth, transition, or reinvention.
Many are:
Entrepreneurs building their first company
Creatives navigating unconventional careers
Professionals redefining their identity
Healthcare professionals stepping into leadership
Founders leading growing teams
Individuals balancing multiple ambitions
Professionals developing a public-facing career
People asking bigger questions about purpose, leadership, and long-term direction
I don't believe my role is to prescribe career paths. My role is to help clients think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and develop the confidence and judgment to build careers that reflect who they are becoming.

Areas of Expertise
One of the greatest privileges of my work is that I have the opportunity to actively build the same kinds of organizations I advise others to lead.
As Founder & CEO of Executive HQand Social Layer, and Founder & Clinical Director of Lovers Counseling, I continue to navigate organizational growth, leadership development, hiring, decision-making, brand strategy, and company building in real time. These experiences continually shape my perspective as an advisor. I don't separate theory from practice. I believe the best advisors remain active practitioners. Every company I build becomes another opportunity to learn, refine, and strengthen the guidance I provide to clients.
