About Chloé
Chloé Miller founded Executive HQ after recognizing a gap between academic achievement and professional readiness. Throughout her career spanning journalism, talent representation, entrepreneurship, media, leadership development, and clinical psychology, she observed that many talented individuals possessed exceptional technical ability but lacked the professional judgment, communication, and leadership skills needed to thrive in modern organizations.
Today, as Founder & CEO, Chloé leads the strategic vision of Executive HQ and serves as a Professional Development Advisor for clients whose goals align with her areas of expertise. She is the creator of the Executive HQ Method™, Executive Development Framework™, Professional Practice™, and Executive OS™, shaping the intellectual property and long-term direction of the firm.
Chloé is a recurring guest lecturer and professional mentor for leadership programs at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she speaks on leadership, entrepreneurship, media, professional development, and career strategy.

Professional Development Advisory™ begins with a six-month commitment, creating the consistency needed for meaningful professional growth. At the end of six months, clients may renew, continue month-to-month, or graduate from the program.
