Chloé Miller

Founder, Executive HQ

Portfolio Founder & Principal

I work at the intersection of identity, leadership, and execution.

Across my work, I am known for identifying and clearing the human blocks that distort judgment and stall forward momentum — especially when something real is on the line.

What I Do

Chloé works with leaders whose roles demand internal clarity as much as external execution.

I build and operate companies that address the human systems most people overlook:

  • How we make decisions

  • How we relate to others

  • How we move when it actually matters

I am the Founder of:

  • Executive HQ — a launchpad for identity, direction, and execution

  • Lovers Counseling — a relationship health company integrating therapy, coaching, and emotional education

Across both, the work is the same at its core:

Restoring clarity, direction, and forward movement.

How I Work

I do not operate at the level of tactics.

I work at the level of judgment, decision-making, and forward movement.

Most people don’t need more information.

They need clearer thinking, better decisions, and the ability to move without distortion.

The Founder Track

Inside Executive HQ, I lead the Founder Track.

This is where I work directly with individuals who are:

  • building something for the first time

  • thinking seriously about their direction

  • or at a point where decisions matter

This is not advisory in the traditional sense.

The Founder Track is collaborative, direct, and focused on building something that actually holds

My Background

My work is shaped by a combination of:

  • Clinical training in psychology and relational systems

  • Experience building and scaling companies

  • Advising individuals navigating high-stakes decisions

I hold dual licensure as a:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC)

I also serve as:

  • Board Member, Denver Family Institute

  • Mentor, University of Colorado Boulder (Leeds School of Business & Center for Leadership)

My background includes training in improvisational comedy performance at The Second City in Chicago, which continues to inform how I think about real-time communication, presence, and decision-making under pressure.

I have also been invited to guest lecture at the University of Colorado Boulder, where conversations around career direction, identity, and building something real often extend beyond the classroom into ongoing working relationships.

Recognition & Foundation

My earlier work in relationship strategy and media — including founding AND, SWIPE RIGHT + Dating Hotline podcast — established the foundation for how I think about:

  • modern relationships

  • human behavior

  • decision-making under pressure

  • modern business development

I was recognized as a Forbes Under 30 nominee for this work, and I’ve been featured in national publications, including:

  • Cosmopolitan

  • GQ

  • WGN The Morning Bell

  • Bustle

My specialty is supporting young professionals in building and developing frameworks that support their personal, professional, and romantic goals.

Work With Chloé

Executive HQ is intentionally limited.

I work closely with a small number of individuals at a time.
If you’re inside, we’re building something real.
